Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within the 14-day window. For hygiene reasons, final sale items including swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once received, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the completed returns form, and mail your package using a traceable shipping service. We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Refunds may take time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this on your returns form. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange, including the cost of outbound and return shipping.
